By using the Last Bite Application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use the Application.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Application.
• Account Registration: You are required to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Application for any unlawful or unauthorized purposes. You shall not engage in any activity that could interfere with or disrupt the functioning of the Application or compromise its security.
• Third-Party Services: The Application may integrate with third-party services or contain links to third-party websites. Any use of such third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions and privacy policies.
  

• Ownership: The Application and all related intellectual property rights are owned by the developer or its licensors. The Application is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• Limited License: The developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You shall not modify, copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the Application.

• Some features of the Last Bite App may require a subscription, which will be subject to additional terms and fees. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees and charges associated with the chosen subscription plan. The Last Bite App offers a subscription plan with a duration of 1 month, priced at $0.99.
• If you choose to subscribe to the paid plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each 1-month subscription period, unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
• You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to be charged. You can manage your subscription settings and cancel the auto-renewal feature in your account settings within the App or through the respective platform's subscription management system (e.g., App Store or Google Play).
• The developer reserves the right to change the subscription fees and terms or introduce new subscription plans with prior notice. Continued use of the App after such changes will be deemed as acceptance of the modified terms.

The collection, use, and disclosure of personal information by the Application are governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the developer of the Application shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

The developer reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is located. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

The developer reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application after any modifications to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

By using the Last Bite Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the Application.
